Side Scrolling Open-City Game

There should be a side scrolling game that is open world, more like open city, so there is a side view of each street.



If it is like a thief/ assasin's creed game there will be rooftop and indoor running and sneaking and vanishing through shadows but there would be also streetfights and brawling

 If it is like a gta game, there would be many vehicles and transportation, trains should sidescroll from one station to another, but if it is scifi, it should have mechs and vtol aircrafts.

Maybe it should be a time travel game so we can all have that and but not really destroy the space time continuum while jumping back and forth.
