Blob's Revenge: a game to be

Slimes, Blobs, and other jumping, sliding, pounding gelatinous creatures to me are very cute but often portrayed as monsters that are always up to no good. So i think there should be a game like Gish where a slime is a playable character.



Meet Blob, who's cousins where murdered by pompous heroes and made into torches. So Blob is out for revenge! consuming all the heroes and monsters he defeats. The more he eats, the bigger he gets, and he also gets the abilities and some powers of his consumed foes.

Blob has different basic attacks, sliding, pounding and jumping from above on unsuspecting so called 'heroes'

Blob lives in a 2d side scrolling world, so you can see him grow and fill all the pathways and holes with himself as he walks around (and also you will get to watch his meals roll in his translucent tummy roll and tumble as they get digested)

Blob's temporary powers that he has gained by consumption of the enemy will fade when the enemy has been completely digested, also his size will become small again as his meals get digested.
