Old table top games are an intelligent mix of casual and hardcore playing style, the kind that is 'easy to learn and very hard to master'. One of the best examples of this is the ancient game of Chess, every since the personal computer came out, man has been making Chess computer programs, mostly a success because there are many people who play it. I think Digital Chess would really shine when played in a touchscreen tablet where you can easily put the tablet flat on a table or on your lap as you play with your son or daughter or a friend. This kind of portability can only attract more players and learners to old board games being played on a tablet.
This would mean that Touchscreen Tablets would be a great medium for old school multi-player table top games, board games as well as new 'hot seat' style games that are designed to be played with more than one person.
